Abstract

The term workplace spirituality has gained recognition in corporate as well as educational
sector.The researcher deliberated on what the faculty said and establishes that sense of community; eloquent
works and organizational beliefs and values are the main dimensions of spirituality in the workplace. With
spirituality at the center you can not only help to deal with your students but also with your contemporaries.
The main goal of the study is to examine the impact of workplace spirituality on the commitment and job
satisfaction that leads to job performance among teachers. The study is based on primary data collected with
the help of a self-administered questionnaire. A convenient sample of 600 respondents is taken in the study
which includes teaching staff of private and public educational institutes situated in Delhi (NCR).The
literature of statistics and modern statistical packages, in the contemporary scenario, are the main
contributors to the analysis and presentation of the construed results.To achieve the study goal, EPT, CFA
and SEM were used and all null hypotheses were rejected, which led to the establishment of the relationship
that spirituality in the workplace affects work performance.
