Abstract

The regional highway traffic condition is highly related to the economic development and the factors of public road traffic, such as the importance of their location node, network density and accessibility, exert influence on the coordinated and comprehensive development of county economy significantly. To be specific, for the accessibility of highway traffic within and outside of county, the geographic system model of GIS-based spatial analysis technology can be utilized to make data statistical analysis elaborately for the position, distance length and distributional pattern of highway in a certain space, so as to obtain the comprehensive accessibility result of county highway traffic. By considering the county traffic of provinces and municipalities in Southwest China (e.g. Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou and Yunnan), this paper carries out calculation analysis for the location node, network density and accessibility of highway traffic, determines the weight of different measuring indicators via entropy weight method and evaluates the coupling benefit yielded to the multiple factors and county economy comprehensively to get the autocorrelation of different indicators in the space, so as to provide references for building a reasonable and efficient county highway traffic network.
