Diamagnetic Susceptibility Of A Donor Impurity In A Core Shell Quantum Dot

Abstract

The Diamagnetic Susceptibility of a donor in low lying excited states are computed for a
GaAs/AlxGa1-xAs core shell Quantum Dot in the effective mass approximation using the variational
method. The effect of shell and size of the dot on Diamagnetic Susceptibility is studied.
