Abstract

Machine Learning (ML) is an efficient technique for handling complex systems. This article concentrates on providing a various model to predict rainfall based on machine learning approaches. The recorded data are used for predicting rainfall with constant observations over certain region by measuring the precipitation characteristics. Rainfall is always a big concern globally as it impacts all the major influences on which the human being relies. A daunting activity is the current, erratic, and reliable estimation of rainfall. For various machine learning algorithms, we apply Indian rainfall data and evaluate the exactness of classifiers such as Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naive Bayes (NB) and Random Forest (RF) and  achieve the enhanced outcome with  an improved estimate of rainfall.
