Abstract

While exploring the intersection of interactional justice and workplace deviance, this research incorporates the notion of self-esteem. It is a conceptual research that propose relationships among these constructs and presents a heuristic framework of causal model. This research is making important contributions to the current literature for helping administrators, academicians, and decision makers for reducing detrimental behaviour in competent workers. Relevant theoretical and practical implications are also presented that are helpful in restraining unethical practices in Indian higher education institutions and promote courteous behaviour in the workplace.
