THE ROLE OF JOB SATISFACTION AS INTERVENING ON ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) IN COVID19 PANDEMIC

Abstract

The era full of technology requires leaders who are able to transform so that organizational performance can
continue to grow. Whether job satisfaction is able to be a good intervening in transformational leadership variables, and
organizational commitment to organizational citizen behavior. The type of this research is quantitative research. The
population in this research is all regular employees in PT. BPR Pedungan Bali, the sample technique used in this research
is sensus sampling technique. The data used in this research is the primary data through the distributed questionnaires.
There were 66 questionnaires distributed to the employees. The data was proceed using Path Analysis ini SPSS Version
24 program. The result that the existence of an intervening variable, satisfaction or not, transformed leadership and a
committed organization were able to provide a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior.
