Abstract

Attrition rate in any organization has always been an issue of discussion amongst the HR managers.Various methods are adopted by the organization to save the investment made in the HR of the organization.and also to save the cost by way of HR policies, CSR activities and some also link it with the financial performance of an organization. This research study analyses the relationship between turnover intention of employees in manufacturing sector in Bhopal.M.P and perception towards HR policies, perception towards CSR activities and the financial performance indicators of an organization. The study analyses the degree to which these variables are dependent on Turnover intentions of the employees. The exploratory descriptive research is adopted. The primary data for the study is collected through questionnaire from 451 respondents of Five organisations in manufacturing sector Bhopal. M.P. The secondary data is collected through Financial statements of the organisations under study.
