Health Management Of Crop Precision With Smart Farming Technologies Using Iot

Abstract

In the technology era, updating new technologies is indispensable in the field of
agriculture too. Among the various researches performed, providing accurate information
about the various environmental factors is essential to provide uninterrupted farming. The
previous studies signify the use of a wireless sensor network to collect environmental data
from different sensors deployed at various nodes/fields and receiving them through the
wireless protocol. This paper depicts various features like vision sensor-based remotecontrolled monitoring, moisture and temperature sensing, intruders scaring, security, leaf
wetness, and proper irrigation facilities with fertilizer. It makes use of wireless sensor
networks for acquiring the soil properties and environmental factors continuously. This
acquired data is used to provide continuous monitoring and also to improve performance and
yield.
