A QUALITY OF WORK LIFE OF WOMEN EMPLOYEES IN BANKING SECTOR USING STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODEL

Abstract

Aim – The paper aims to examine the Quality of Work Life (QWL) of women employees in Public Sector Banks in Tamil Nadu. Research Design / Methodology / Approach - Both primary and secondary data are used and were analyzed through Mean Squares and Structural Equation Model. Findings – QWL was identified that it has a significant relationship with the variables and GFI and AGFI represent a good fit. Research limitations / Implicationsvh – One of the main limitations is that even though the respondents are available they are not willing to give their valuable responses. Some of them might have assured as per their wishes.Practical Implications – This study mainly focused on offering invaluable insight into the working women employees attitudes and opinions that can ultimately affect their job satisfaction. With the help of that, the banking sector can concentrate much to fulfil their requirements in future.
