SYNTHESIS CHARACTERISATION OF NOVEL LIGANDS AND THEIR BIOLOGICAL STUDIES

Abstract

The two new novel ligands have been synthesized in alcoholic medium. These reactions are characterized on the basis of physical properties, Elemental analysis, Infrared spectroscopy, Ultraviolet spectroscopy and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy. The further biological activities like Anti-cancer activity, Anti-Inflammatory and Anti-bacterial, Anti-parasitic, Anti-cholesterol, Anti- fungal protein receptors activities revealed that, these ligands are showing positive results, these results shown that the prepared ligands can be finding the place in the drug synthesis as an anti-cancer drugs.
