Multi Layered Bio Gas Sensor For External Breathe -A Comsol Multiphysics Based Analysis

Abstract

Nano smart sensor technology a lead to new era in the field of medical electronics has given a tremendous changes that can convert human oral medication into a digital object measurable from the breath using a smart phone ttechnology uses biologically inert nano particles to bar code the drug which are then picked up by the Bio sensor when the patient breaths into it. Human exhale breathe analysis is required to estimate the volatile organic compounds (VOC) to detect the respiratory system diseases, detection or estimation of lung cancers. Simulations are carried using COMSOL Multiphysics on the other side of coin fabrication of bio sensors is carried out using high end technology resources, Simulation results are mentioned and importance of bio-sensors is elevated by mentioning various Nano bio sensors device fabrication/deposition techniques.
