Parking Management System using Semi-active RFID Integrated with QR Code

Abstract

We propose a parking management system using semi-active RFID integrated with QR codes for extra safety. The usage of
RFIDs for identification purposes has been going on for years and now we plan to achieve and even more advanced
method to implement RFIDs by using programmable RFIDs to change the sensitivity of the RFID so that only a verified
user can use or scan the RFID in case of security breaches. Using a semi-active RFID will allow for much larger and
flexible range of operation and we plan to make the power source for such RFID the car it will be attached to.
