Effects of Leadership, Competence and Work Environment on Teamwork and Employee Performance
Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the effects of leadership, competence and work environment on teamwork and employee performance in Regional Secretariat, Southeast Sulawesi Province. There were 617 people as the research population, and there were 242 research samples which were determined by slovin formula. Analysis tool used Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smartpls version 3.2.4 program. Results of the research show that (1). Leadership and work environment have positive and significant effects on teamwork while competence does not have significantly effects on teamwork. (2) leadership, competence and work environment have positive and significant effects on civil servant performance (3) teamwork has positive and significant effects on employee performance.
