DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGICAL METHODS OF INCREASING WEAR RESISTANCE OF CUTTING ELEMENTS OF EARTH-MOVING MACHINES
Abstract
The article discusses methods of increasing wear resistance of cutting elements of earth-moving machines and developing the design and technological solutions based on them that increase the wear resistance of working elements. Features of working conditions of earth-moving machines and methods of increasing wear resistance of cutting members are considered. It is noted that the natural conditions of Uzbekistan are characterized by high contrast, abrasiveness and overweight of soils, which are the technological medium for earth-moving machines operated in this region. It puts the problem of wear protection among the most relevant objects of research selected cutting elements of working bodies of earth-moving machines and quarry excavators. The use of developed methods and models allows assessing the impact of design and technological solutions on the wear resistance of cutting elements of earth-moving machines, taking into account operating conditions.
