Organizational Leadership and Conflict in Human Resource Management Review
Abstract
Research Objectives in identifying conflict management in organizations through good leadership. The library
research method using the Miles and Huberman technique shows that conflict can be understood as a conflict
that occurs between what is expected by a person against himself, others, organizations with the reality of what
he hopes. No conflict control technique can be used in all situations because every approach has advantages and
disadvantages. Through consideration of the conflict process, conflict resolution with a model that is considered
effective.
