The Influence of Employee Satisfaction, Retention of Employee, and Employee Productivity Toward Employee Performance and Organizational Performance at Balai Litbang X in Indonesia

Abstract

The aim of this research was to investigate the influence of employee satisfaction, retention of
employee, and employee productivity toward employee performance and organizational performance at Balai
Litbang X. The researcher used employee satisfaction, retention of employee, and employee productivity as
independent variable, then employee performance as intervening variable, organizational performance as
dependent variable. Explanatory research method was used to get explanation of why and how a relationship
can occur in a situation. A survey questionnaire was used to collect the data from employee of Balai Litbang
X by taking population of 43 employees. This research used path analysis. The results showed that the quality
of employee satisfaction, retention of employee, employee productivity, employee performance and
organizational performance at Balai Litbang X are good. And there was an influence of employee satisfaction,
retention of employee, and employee productivity toward employee performance and organizational
performance at Balai Litbang X.
