in each organization where it concentrated more on well-known public and private business
organizations in UAE, consisting of business organization managers and employees. The sampling
framework for the study consisted of all the business organizations in Dubai and Sharjah. After the
600 questionnaires were distributed, the study managed to secure 291 responses from the
respondents. However from this, it was found that 20 questionnaires were incomplete and this left
271 responses for further analysis. SPSS was used for descriptive analysis while SEM-AMOS
software were used to develop and evaluate five measurement models. The models are four
knowledge management models and one project management model. After the modelling process
conducted on the five measurement models, then the variables are fitted in the respective construct
of each measurement model. Hence the study has managed to develop the final measurement model
with perfect compliance with the goodness-of-fit criteria. These models can be further used to
develop relationship between the knowledge management constructs and project management
construct.
