Abstract

This study aimed to identify the banks operating in Jordan and their role in facing the financial
crises resulting from the competition for Arab and international money accompanied by Syrian immigration
and because of the conditions in Jordan resulting from the Syrian and Iraqi immigration to Jordan and the
entry of Arab capital and mitigating its effects by following the Sharia rules.
The study population included the three banks operating in Jordan in all of their branches in the city of
Karak. A sample was intended to distribute the study tool (questionnaire) to it, which included marketing
managers. (90) questionnaires were retrieved, (75) of them were subjected to analysis. As the effects
resulting from these crises on the marketing of banks operating in Jordan were measured and evaluated
according to a set of independent variables that were formulated in the form of hypotheses. The independent
variables were: the dimensions of marketing information systems, the Islamic requirements in marketing
Islamic banks, the fundamental differences between operating banks. In Jordan, in the components of
marketing information systems. This is to measure its impact on the dependent variable (the ability of banks
operating in Jordan to stand up and face financial crises). These hypotheses have been tested based on the
SPSS statistical analysis method at a significant level of (5%).
The researchers reached a set of results that supported the research hypotheses and objectives, which showed
the importance of the marketing system as independent variables in marketing and activating Islamic
financial management in the work of banks operating in Jordan to reduce the effects of financial crises, as it
was found that all the previously mentioned independent variables have an impact on the dependent variable.
