Abstract

-In Indonesia, there was a significant increase in that month for positive patients confirmed
Covid-19, namely 97,286 positive cases confirmed on July 25, 2020. Most cases were in DKI Jakarta
Province, making DKI Jakarta the epicenter of the spread of the Covid-19 virus. This paper proposes
an approach method that aims to quickly and accurately identify the status of regional zones, be it
areas or sub-districts in DKI-Jakarta that are confirmed positive for Covid-19, which are divided into
red, yellow and green zones. The author uses the decision tree method and the C4.5 algorithm using
the Rapid Miner software to identify the zone status of areas that are confirmed positive for COVID19, as the Covid-19 Series application. In this research paper, it has more value, that is, it can tie up
the mapping data of red, green and yellow zone status in an area confirmed by positive cases, PDP,
and ODP as well as zones that are green or free of COVID-19 virus. The final result of this study is
that a mobile application can be produced to identify an area or zone that is confirmed positive for
Covid-19 in Jakarta and provides information from data about positive patients, PDP, and ODP
patients. This research shows that this application generates a confirmed Covid-19 decision tree in
Jakarta and a zone map of the confirmed COVID-19 area.
