Abstract

The requirement of the vehicle increasing, Electric or hybrid vehicles were used 1 Percent in the year
2004, and it has assumed that by the year 2022 this will grow to almost 35 to 45 Percent. Moreover, Car and
transport vehicle safety is our concern. This paper based on the crash test of a car using FEA and IOT used to
provide information about the collision ofthe vehicle at required place instantly, it may be hospital, police station
and ambulance through collision sensing device. It also includes basic safety features of Electric Cars and their
Safety Features”. The main motive of this paper isto test the frontal crash impact of an electric vehicle and its
results. TheCAD model was used to test the crash characteristics of the vehicle in the crash. Electric and hybrid
vehicles provided personal and public transportation with a negligible impact on the environment and also lower
operational cost. According to “World health organization report, Approximately 1.35 million people die each
year as a result of road traffic crashes”. So decided to simplify to avoid mortality rate in our country, through
automation andCollisionSensing Device.
