Abstract

Study the structural and dielectric properties of Zn-ferrites by using sol-gel
auto combustion technique calcined at 4000C, 5000C and 6000C. The XRD pattern
reveals the formation of single-phase spinel cubic structure. The Crystallite size values
are increasing from 26-37nm. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss values of nano
Zn-ferrite was investigated using an LCR meter. The values of dielectric constant and
dielectric losses of all samples decrease with increasing the calcination temperature
