Bank Customers’ Perceptions towards e-Banking Services in Punjab- Some Survey Evidences

Abstract

E-banking services have revolutionized the banking services and transformation is taking almost in all type of banks. The researcher with the help of 1200 ebank Customers having three years experience e-service conducted a survey in July, 2020 regarding the perceptions of bank customers towards e-banking services in Punjab. The study concludes that customer’s base to choose a bank is convent access, accurate information, efficient services, security and time saving all types of Banks. The customs Perceptions indicate that transformation taking place very rapidly in new private and foreign banks. Public sector has started follow technology oriented banks in Punjab.
