Investigation on Some Electrical Properties of Composites Ceramics Capacitors Prepared from Nano Scale Powder
Abstract
High purity of (99.999 ,)Nano grainsize from both SrTiO3and BaTiO3 were used to prepare the composites ceramic capacitors.Differentcompinations were fabricates with different weight percentage from BST . The fabricated discs were sintered at 1300 ?C , for 3 hours under static air .samples density was mesured to study its physical behavioralso X-ray diffraction test make to identify the present phases .Sintering. Dielectric constant ,capacitance and brake down voltage were conducting to invitegate its electrical properties after sintering . The optimum results signed at the combination (BaTiO3 72%wt -SrTiO3 28%wt), at sintering at 1300?C for 3 hours under static air.
