Abstract

Cloud Computing provides virtualization of resources and services as on the demand of users. Loads are distributed on the data centers across the world. This paper presents a proposed algorithm for load balancing which provides better performance for job scheduling technique and efficiently modified resource allocation techniques. Cloud computing is one of the biggest platforms for resource allocation and service provision. Various load balancing algorithms are analyzed for the response time. In this research paper, Enhanced Equally Spread Current Execution (EESCE)is proposed for the existing algorithm Equally Spread Current Execution (ESCE) taking advantage of Minimum Completion Time (MCT) load balancing algorithm. Further, for analysis of load balancing algorithm we have used CloudAnalyst simulation tool.
