Abstract

Research in scientific work is the identification of medical -geography features of the influence of the hydrochemical characteristics of surface waters on health in rural areas in the Tashkent region. The results of the study of the scientific and theoretical foundations of medical geography mapping using GIS technologies are presented. Application of an integrated medical -geography approach in the analysis of the chemical composition of surface watercourses under conditions of significant anthropogenic load. The territorial features of the spread of certain types of diseases in the Tashkent region have been determined when analyzing the hydrochemical composition of surface watercourses. A cartographic reflection of the spread of certain types of diseases in the Tashkent region has been created. Development of an equation for multivariate regression analysis for processing observation materials. Recommendations for preventive measures were proposed to reduce the overall morbidity of the rural population.

The use of medical -geography analysis and the identification of possible relationships between the chemical composition of surface waters and the health of the population will allow monitoring and predicting the spread of certain types of diseases and applying preventive measures to reduce the risk of consequences, and, as a result, increase the level of environmental safety.
