Abstract

This study focuses on the effectiveness of cooperative coaching by the cooperative agency to multi-business cooperatives managed by Banjar Tegal, Tulikup Village, Gianyar Regency, because of the problems faced by the Banjar cooperatives are still unable to make reports and carry out Year-End Meetings so they require guidance from the Cooperative Office. Based on these problems the authors formulated a problem, namely how the effectiveness of the Banjar Tegal Multipurpose Cooperative (KSU) development in improving the community's economy. what are the obstacles faced by the Banjar Tegal Multi-Purpose Cooperative in managing the Cooperative? This study uses a qualitative method and the theory used is the theory of organizational effectiveness with three indicators, namely Adaptation, Integration, and Achievement of Goals.Based on the results of the research that the achievement of the goals of coaching and cooperatives has been achieved in accordance with the stages and timeframe specified, then in terms of integration where the communication relationship between cooperatives and agencies is very good so that through socialization it can help achieve goals rather than coaching, so also adaptation or adaptation of cooperatives and offices in carrying out the guidance and management of cooperatives can run according to the existing conditions in the Banjar environment and the conditions of limited resources owned by the cooperative.The conclusion of this research is the effectiveness of the coaching by the cooperative office at the Banjar Tegal Multipurpose Cooperative (KSU) is quite effective, seen from the achievement of the goal, it has been able to make reports and carry out the Annual End of the Meeting, while the obstacles faced by cooperatives in managing cooperatives are still lack of resources, lack of awareness. community-related discipline in terms of following cooperative regulations resulting in delays in credit payments by the community which have an impact on the development of cooperatives and cooperative financial reporting.
