Abstract

This paper presents an account of Teachers Education and its Perspective Teaching is a profession, which requires expert knowledge and specialized skills, acquired and maintained through rigorous and continuing study. Teaching perpaspective 4 ways to help students build and practice perspective .Elementary, middle and senior secondary and secondary school Teacher education in face to face situations to students attending institution of higher education. Teaching probability is necessary to building  compassion and other social and emotional learning (SEL)skills. Perspective helps us see the world from others point of you with well-developed SEL skills, students can build the foundation for being a good student, workers and citizen and strengthen their skills in self-management, self-awareness, relationship with others and social awareness.4 way India has a large number of teachers and needs many more.

Teacher education refers to the policies and procedures designed to equip prospective teachers with the knowledge, attitudes, behaviours and skills they require to perform their task effectively in the class room, school and wider community. Teacher education takes place largely or exclusively in institutions of higher education.a teacher is effective if he/ she can accomplish the planned goals and assigned task in accordance with school goals and those of broader education system.
