Abstract

in present days cooling systems is having huge demand in large scale and small scale industries for this heat exchanger is best option for industries not only in industries household purposes also. In this study shell and tube heat exchanger tubes can be replace with the polymer composite material for this ANSYS 19.0 design modeler software can be used to develop the composite material with various filler and matrix volume concentration and here ternary composite material can be developed with 0.6 matrix and 0.3 and 0.2 hybrid filler material like this three composites can be prepared and by using ANSYS 19.0 properties can be extracted, by using these properties simulation of heat exchanger can be done in ANSYS 19.0 fluent  software and obtained results can be compared with the metallic once and we can get the nearly overall heat transfer values. By using these results we can use these materials in heat exchangers. And here polymer material is HDPE and filler material are CNT and Sic.
