Abstract

Contract evaluation is an important part of a project management system as well as related to risk and managements. The very important things you do is giving finance the company for the work. To select the best contractor for the projects and prepared the most accurate and precise plan, one can know all the financials, technical, and information about the company. This information may be defined as albums, small or medium-sized data. This paper presents a set of criteria by which contractors have several factors that affect the ordering of possible options in the context of better technologies. This method allows the use of information in its context as expressed in word. Finally, examples of project selection are used to illustrate the use and performance of the ideal model.
