Research Progress on Precision Measurement of Complex Curved Surface Workpiece
Abstract
Measurement of Complex spatial surface is the base of curved surface accuracy measurement. To improve the accuracy and efficiency of surface measurement is a hot and difficult problem in the study of three dimensional geometric measurement of complex curved surface. This paper combining engineering practice, introduces the research and application status of precision measurement of complex curved surface that is based on the coordinate measuring machine, laser Doppler vibration instrument, laser tracker, etc. Focus on introduce the measurement principle of mould precision for large satellite microwave wireless antenna reflector that is based on the laser Doppler vibration measurement technology and self calibration technology.
