Abstract

In the world's high-level women's volleyball matches, offensive tactics are becoming more and more simplified, and high-level play and complex tactical coordination are becoming less and less common. Instead, the most straightforward and effective offensive tactics are used. The blocking layout is composed of blocking and defensive positions. The purpose of blocking is to block the opponent's offense or to put one's side in the active position of organizing the offense. Therefore, there is a contradiction between offense and blocking. Blocking is the first line of defense, and the defensive position is the first element of effective defense. An accurate defensive position is equivalent to half of the defense.
