Abstract

Emotional intelligence has been a crucial factor to see how effective leadership by millennials can be the reason behind that is the difference in the minds-sets of other generations to millennials. The study compares the independent variables and its inter-dependency to find the relation and balance among their personality traits to social behaviour and that to to cognitive ability. These three combines and form overall development of mindset which will allow the millennials to have leadership w.r.t. the ability to have balanced emotional quotient. For the purpose we have used Pearson correlation to determine the dependency on each other (i.e., independent variable) and Multiple regression analysis to see whether these independent variable have any significant relation to the emotional quotient for the millennials. The results came out to be such which says personality trait is not significantly related to the emotional intelligence of millennials.
