Innovation Strategy of Human Resource Management in the Era of Internet Plus Based on Cloud Computing

Abstract

How to optimize the practice of human resource management reasonably is related to the quality of human capital within the organization, and it is the objective need of high-tech enterprises to carry out organizational innovation and maintain development momentum. According to the theory of human capital, this paper collects 367 questionnaires of high-tech enterprises in different regions of China through questionnaire survey, which constitutes the mediating model between organizational strategy and organizational culture. The results show that the level of human resource management practice optimization can significantly and positively affect the organizational innovation of high-tech enterprises. The organizational culture of high-tech enterprises plays a significant intermediary role between the optimization level of human resource management practice and organizational innovation. The organizational strategy of high-tech enterprises has a significant moderating effect on the practice optimization level of human resource management and organizational innovation. The conclusion reveals the diversification path that human capital depends on when it changes. It has important practical value to promote high-tech enterprises to improve the level of human resource management, and then improve the innovation ability of employees.
