Design and Research on Aging Adaptation of Existing Residential Area Based on Stream Data Analysis

Abstract

-From the current national conditions, the home-based care model still occupies the mainstream position in China's pension system. In this paper, the scope of aging transformation of existing urban residential areas is defined as the interior space and public space. According to the relevant design specifications, combined with the flow data analysis method, from the perspective of safety, convenience, comfort and functionality, this paper constructs the index system of residential aging design, and describes the index connotation in detail. Through the investigation of existing residential areas in Hohhot, the rationality of index selection is verified, and the existing problems of aging design of existing residential buildings are analyzed. At the same time, this paper investigates the demand degree of residents for the selected index transformation, and constructs a multi-level aging design index of existing residential quarters based on the residents' demand degree. The research results of this paper provide reference for the aging transformation of existing housing.
