Performance Evaluation of Parallel Boost Converter Control for Stand- Alone PV-Battery Nano-Grid Applications
This article presents the performance comparison of open-loop and the closed-loop response of fractional order
proportional integral derivative (FOPID) and proportional resonant (PR) controlled parallel-connected boost PVBattery grid converters. MATLAB –Simulink is used to develop the models. The simulation outcomes illustrate an
enhanced performance by employing PR controller. The extensive analysis indicates that the PR controller response
has fast settling time and minimized steady state error.
