Abstract

— The article presents the results of studies on the action of sesquiterpenic lactones by treating mild
silkworm grains with mild nosematosis. The treatment of grena in solutions of agents representing the sum
of sesquiterpene lactones showed an increase in the vivacity of grena in all options compared to the control.
There is also a decrease in nosematosis infection of caterpillars-animators emerging from treated grains. The
decrease in the extent of infection of grena with nosematosis after treatment with the indicated agents may
be caused, on the one hand, by the destructive effect of the tested agents on the vegetative stages of the
pathogen development and, on the other hand, by the inhibitory effect of the agents on the process of
pathogen sporulation. The use of sesquiterpenic lactones in the production for the processing of rejected
grains will make it possible to improve the quality by disinfection, and, therefore, will allow it to be fed, that
is, to reduce material damage in the industry.
