Abstract

The following article is devoted to the study of influence of some phytohormones (PH) of
glycyrrhizic acid (GA) (indol–3–acetic acid (IAA); indol–3–fatty acid (IFA); naphthalene–1–acetic acid
(NAA) and kinetin) on supramolecular complex in order to determine the state of high yield on the basis of
the exacerbation of plant growth and development effect of sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas (L.)
Lam.)“Mirzachul” species’ callus tissue formation and development of vegetative organs. Here the effect of
supramolecular complex on total amylolytic ferments ?– and ?–amylase activity was determined increase
compared to controlled ones. There were determined that enzyme activity index value on the fifth day is
85,4±3,2 (GA:IAA) per day; 90,3±3,3 (GA:NAA); 110,7 (GA:IFA)±4,3 and 100,0±2,6 (GA:Kinetin)
(hydro. mg starch×30 min/g). With respect to control in 10-5 M concentration of GA-IFA supramolecular
complex, it was found that the callus tissue of sweet potato develops 1, 2 times, in 10-7M concentration of
nutrition the vegetative organs are 1, 8 times higher
