Abstract

The article provides the results of the design and implementation of resource saving surgical
correction in children with scoliosis. Within the period from 2001 to 2018 that method was used for surgical
correction in 60 patients. The average Cobb angle of scoliotic deformation component was 75.4 %±1.6
(from 60 to 1000), average age was 14.1±2.8 (13-16), Risser's sign 3-4(3.6) . Application of the scoliotic
deformation correction strategy with usage of conductive type one-frame systems along the convex side of
scoliosis had not only efficiency but also safety level similar to modern surgical correction methods. That is
also less invasive, less labor consuming and resource saving technology
