Theoretical and methodological aspects of formation of economic mechanisms of water resources management

Abstract

One of the most important aspects of water use in agriculture is that water reaches the planting
area through surface irrigation networks, first through main canals, then through inter-farm canals, and
finally through on-farm irrigation networks. The complexity of a water use management system is that it is
difficult, if not impossible, to predict the outcome of decisions to manage it. Because the characteristics of
irrigated agriculture are diverse and multifaceted, the relationship between them is complex. Over time, the
system of water management, irrigated agriculture will be improved. This requires a new approach to the
system.
