A new and efficient wavelet algorithm for nitric oxide removal in a bio trickling filter
Abstract
In this article a new wavelet-based spectral algorithm is applied for elimination of nitric oxide
utilizing biotrickling filters. The theoretical model of the governing equations of biofilm phase and gas
phase are discussed, The proposed wavelet method is used to find the analytical solutions of the nitrogen
oxide concentration in the gas and biofilm phase. The obtained results are compared with analytical
solutions by Adomian decomposition method (ADM).
