Abstract

Human Resource management has been one of the most vital aspects in organisational growth
and success. The major responsibility of human resource management is managing organisational people to
improve productivity and profitability. Another essential responsibility of HRM is developing the
organisational skill through improving employee capabilities. This research paper has reviewed the existing
