Ranking Critical Success Factors of Online learning from Instructor’s Perspective using Fuzzy AHP Model
Abstract
The study has intended to capture the opinion of instructors while developing an online course.
There are several factors causing success of an e-learning program for a learner. But the relevance of these
factors may not be of same order for learner and instructor. The current study has applied fuzzy-AHP to
attain the ranking of several criteria known as critical success factors of e-learning. The findings of study
have implications for instructors developing online courses and e-learning platforms providing a vast range
of such courses
