VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE MONITORING SYSTEM FOR G-SUITE ACCOUNTS

Abstract

This paper focuses on the way of monitoring attendance during the COVID-19 pandemic. Those who have G Suite domains can use this efficient way for monitoring attendance without any inconvenience. The main purpose of designing this method is to offer an automated system that keeps track of attendance, which will limit the present pen and paper based manual system for marking attendance. Replacing the time-consuming old process this technology would save time, reduce the amount of work that teachers have to do and replace stationary content with a computer-based technique. The designed methodology tracks attendance without encouraging students to participate in a proxy. This is the best known way to monitor attendance for organizations using G-Suite accounts. Measures of central tendency can also be calculated by using this method. Attendance will be taken at any point of time during the session by running a user defined script function.
