Abstract

The advancement in technology has improvised communication and gradually transited towards
IOT (internet of things). Along with many other existing applications, WSN (Wireless Sensor Networks) can
be regarded as one of the unique sensor devicesfor monitoring of the conditions physically as well as
environmentally. WSN nodes were deployed to monitor the ever-increasing air pollution around the cities
and transport, with a aim of controlling its malignant effects. The below discussed methodology disclosing
the data from the stationery nodes connected with the nodes placed on public and private transports. The
pollutants like gas, smoke…etc emit air pollution and this data is collected and analysed when these
transport reach to their destination after undergoing through the stationery nodes.
