Abstract

As an important industrial component, deep groove rolling bearing has the functions of
supporting, guiding and locating. With the rapid development of industrialization in China, the high
performance rolling bearing is becoming an urgently needed product in the field of industrial manufacturing.
In this paper, taking the deep groove bearing 61801-2Z as an example, the modal and forced excitation
vibration analysis of rolling bearing is carried out. The natural frequency of the bearing under free and
constrained conditions is obtained, the harmonic response vibration of the bearing is analyzed, and the
frequency amplitude curve of the bearing under external excitation is obtained, which provides a theoretical
basis for improving the service life of the bearing and the stability of the mechanical structure.
