User Profile Research of Mid-to-High Pension Agencies in Shandong Province

Abstract

User profile can be applied to all aspects of the economy and society. Through a survey of 476
elders in mid-to-high end pension agency of Shandong province, this paper adopts the K-means clustering
method and finally divides the elder into four categories by ten tags, namely disability and dementia type,
high-level intellect and position type, entertainment social type, and the lonely type. By comparing and
analyzing the differences of these four types of elder, this paper hopes to provide some references for the
operating of the pension agencies.
