Abstract

Analysis of employee performance is one of the parameters of the quality of human resources
owned by the company. The method in this research is descriptive and verification methods. The population
in the study was 50 employees obtained by the saturated sampling method. The statistical test used is
correlation coefficient analysis and multiple linear regression. The questionnaire instrument that has been
tested for validity and reliability shows the results of research at a significance level of 5% indicating that
employee work discipline is in the strict category (3.48), employee education level is in the high category
(3.46), employee performance in the category is quite high (3 , 34), work discipline partially has a negative
and significant effect and on employee performance with the results of the regression calculation of 0.068
<0.05 with a contribution of -0.112, the level of education partially the level of education has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance with the results of the regression calculation of 0,000> 0.05 with
a contribution of 0.926.
