Abstract

This paper aims to analyze whether the eco-friendly practices of hotels influence the
customer/guest loyalty level. This paper finds out the various eco-friendly practices which should be considered
while identifying impact of customer behavior in hotel industry. It reviews & identifies the correlation & impact
of eco-friendly practices associated with the customers of luxury hotels.
Materials & Methods: The most relevant papers associated with eco-friendly practices of hotel & customer
loyalty has been summarized & reviewed in the paper. The primary data research has been conducted on 463
hotel customer/guests who have given their reviews by a survey based on eco-friendly practices of hotels.
Results: By following a range of researchers on the facets of the eco-friendly practices has been evaluated &
scheduled. The paper wraps up with establishing relationship between eco-friendly practices & customer loyalty
in the hotels. It proves that eco-friendly practices are directly correlated & highly influential on the loyalty
levels of hotel guests.
