Abstract

This article aims to investigate the structure of PANI nanoparticles by simple inter polymerization. Ammonium sulfate (APS) and hydrochloric acid (HCl) were applied as oxidizer, derivative and organic solvent respectively. (FESEM), X-ray diffraction and (FTIR) techniques applied to product analysis. FESEM events confirm that polyaniline contains nanoparticles in the (7-11) nm range which is an Asymptotic to the results of XRD. The XRD results show the amorphous properties from polyaniline nanoparticles, as the FTIR result confirmed the production from polyaniline at different molar monomer-oxidation rates. The investigated UV-visible spectrum and the measured conductivity of 2.2 x 10-1 S.m-1 by Four Points probe. This investigation provides greater knowledge about the preparation of regular nanoparticles for polyaniline through inter polymerization.
