Application of Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE II) in Determining Receipt of Assistance Funds for Persons with Disabilities

Abstract

Determination of the receipt of aid funds for persons with disabilities there is several criteria
that become assessment factors such as the value of the type of disability, the education, causes of
disability, marital status and age. From the criteria above, it can be calculated using the Preference
Ranking Organization for Enrichment Evaluation (Promethee II) method, so that a final score can be used
as a reference in receiving aid. From the data of prospective beneficiaries who have been calculated if the
calculation value of PROMETHEE II produces a minus value, the prospective beneficiaries will be
rejected and vice versa if they get a plus value it will be accepted and the ranking of each alternative
calculated with higher net flow values will be determined ranks one better. Of all trials both structural
trials, functional trials and validation trials it can be concluded that the comparison results are 85%
appropriate
